Ice Cream Depot
The Ice Cream Depot was constructed in 2010 as part of a multi-tenant building. The project was particularly challenging due to the technical heating and cooling insulation requirements. Food had to be kept below freezing, but without ice forming on either floors or walls. In-floor heating was installed in freezer floors, and premanufactured freezer panels were used on the walls for frost prevention. The project was delivered on time and on budget.
