Conversion of a grocery distribution and logistics centre with loading bays and ramps, to a high-precision, environmentally controlled facility with extraordinary aesthetic value for the Province of Alberta, Culture and Tourism Department to house, maintain, and store their various heritage art collections and memorabilia. A modern mural collage was added, and loading bays restructured as a staggered design element. Membrane walls were built with a buffer between the interior and exterior walls for added temperature and humidity control.
