2,300-square-foot training centre integrated into a historic building, through an extensive design-build process. A unique design was developed to incorporate the historical features of the building, along with new modern enhancements. Required upgraded mechanical, electrical/telecommunications, and special soundproofing with minor structural work done to shore up the existing structure.
