Universe Machine

First phase consisted of a 50,000 square-foot addition to the existing building with second-floor offices and additional warehouse space. High-efficiency pre-cast concrete panels, and upgraded windows and lighting were used to improve energy efficiency. A unique concrete slab was designed and installed for future equipment installation. In the second phase, another 15,000 square feet of warehouse space and a solid concrete 4’ x 4’ x 20’ machine base was added.
