41,000 square-foot project consisted of constructing laboratory testing rooms, warehouse, lunchroom, as well as office and training rooms with high-end finishes. Seven unique laboratory and testing rooms were developed, including soils/humidity, soil testing, proctor testing, concrete lab, asphalt lab, moisture curing and nuclear storage.
